I want to keep my sim number enter new sim I find I need Pac code please help me keep a mobile number and refund my data to  sim I entered

Can you be more clear on your issues. 

If you are moving from o2 to another network then you get your PAC by following the information in this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

If you are moving from and o2 to o2 sim card you need to follow the migration flow in the guide linked to above. 

If you are porting away, then no refunds are due, as per the T&C's ..
