Call 202 at around 08:15, and requesting an itemised bill may take a week to 20days to get to you, and cost, from memory, £2 or so. If you don't get a favourable response, hang up and ring again, and be clear.
Not sure why your older bills are not showing, are you able to get to the right place? Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? I see 2 years' worth of bills on my account.
