I’m abroad in Ukraine I know to keep swallowing money off me every day. I find it impossible to speak to a human being. All I get is a machine that can’t answer my questions and when I do get to the other day and started complaining some guy who could hardly speak English, just put the phone down on me.
please O2 call me up and stop taking £20 out of my account every day. Please call me

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
