I recently switched my mobile phone service to O2 and I would like to keep my current phone number. When I tried to use the My O2 app to request and share my PAC code, I encountered an error message that said "There was a problem making that change." I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue. I have also recently received the SIM card, in case that information is necessary for the process. Thank you for your help.
