Internet not working

Hello guys im working near london bridge station and i have no signal for internet its shows me 4g but i cant do nothing with the internet basically its just gone. And last 5-6 months its been like that and im paying 100 pound for my bill. Can u please do something about it ? Thank you

I just checked it. It says Engineering working but im talking about last 5-6 months maybe more than that

Lots of customers + limited bandwidth = slow data.

That area has a lot of building work, and it is possibly waiting for a mast resite, also lots of faraday buildings which inhibit mobile phone signal.

London is a pain for mobile signal in some areas for this....  And some companies pay for new masts / infrastructure to be built.
