Hi I was told Monday my o2 number would be ported over from my O2 account to my new O2 account in 24 hours.
Yesterday - Please be patient it will take another 24 hours but WILL be completed by 1800 today.
Today another 24 hours because its from a different dept.
I am not a patient person!!!
How long in practice do these things really take?

Migrations are done internally and no need to go to the porting team

I have currently been waiting a week for exactly the same thing - after 5 calls to customer service (of around an hour each) I get told it will be 'sorted in 24hrs'
Interested to know if they have sorted your migration out yet? Phonecall #6 to customer services will involve me cancelling my contract
