Have been having intermittent signal for a while now which has affected my calls ie not being hear/ calls just dropping off and not receiving some. Have checked the signal checker and it advises that phone mast near me is not working as it should be. How long will it take for the phone mast to re fixed?

@Patricia58 O2 never give timelines on repairs. Too many reasons why to mention here. The only thing you can do is be patient and hope the issue is resolved quickly, or use WiFi calling if your phone is compatible.
