Hi
So I am using the McAfee mobile security extra. I have followed the steps twice now (after having it re issued the first time due to same complications) and it still says I have to activate it on the app. I’m signed up and using the services. McAfee has it showing up on their system that I have a license in use through O2 (picture provided). I have 3 days left before I have to go through the same cycle again. I have spoken to someone at customer services who said they would escalate it 3-4 days ago but haven’t heard back as stated.
Any help would be much appreciated thank you

It always says you need to activate it for the first 30 days regardless.
Are you saying there is a problem with it after 30 days?

yes after 30 days I lost access to the service and was told it had been cancelled due to non activation. I’m expecting the same after the re issue because customer services have told me it needs to be activated which I’ve already done.
