Incoming calls - no caller ID

Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,

called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,

with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

Hi,

 

I've not had any contact regarding this, and the problem is still there.  All my incoming calls are repoted as "Unknown", which is very frustrating, and surprisingly unusable.

 

It has been happening since 22/5/2023 when I was automatically switched over from Virgin.  Over 2 weeks ago.

 

I really would like a bit of help from O2 on this, to alter the correct settings.

Hi @TheRealFB - @O2Sarah- may be able to help, watch out for a PM from her here when she picks up this tag. Good luck!  (Oh and did you receive an O2 SIM to replace your VM SIM? That could be part of the problem, if you are still using the VM SIM.)

I now have caller ID again after you send updated network settings to my phone, and I rebooted.

We are getting this same issue. It appeared to coincide with phoning customer support to enable the Wifi calling option on an iPhone 12. We are a business customer and have tried troubleshooting with customer support via telephone and instant chat, but it is not proving to be very helpful 

 

@O2Sarah- @O2Emma @O2Georgina @O2Ryan are any of you guys able to help us with this please as we have had the issue for almost 1 week now alreay.
