Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,
called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,
with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

I've just had a phone call with the caller ID displayed! 😀 So maybe a fix after 14 working days.
Just in time, as I was going to look at swapping at the weekend.
Hopefully future calls will be OK too.

Good news, @TheRealFB - out of interest, if you can log in to the MyO2 App on your phone (not web version!) can you see a bolt-on called "CLI Presentation Facility", perchance? See the end of the picture below:

I spoke too soon. CLI worked on my SIM in another phone though, so it is an O2, Motorola interaction.
I have asked for the CLI presentation bolt on.
I don't have the CLI Presentation bolt on. Just 5G Access, volto2 travel Inclusive Zone and 10GB Volt Double Data Boost
