I've been moved from Virgin to O2 for about 2 monrhs ago and I get "Unknown" or "private number" as my caller Id on incoming. Its not my phone as an 02 shop have tried SIM in another phone . I have had a new SIM but still have the issue. Shop suggested a problem with caller line identity set up on the 02 netwoek but when calling customer service they say there is no issue.I can find no help on the website and some advise for the inevitable phone call would be much appreciated.

Try social media.
You need to contact O2.
