I wanted to keep my old number

Dear Sir/Madam

I've just transferred from Sky mobile to o2 and have just set up my o2 account and the number is different. I did sent in a PAC number with order to keep my old number but this hasn’t happened and I’m just in a bit of a panic. I’m disabled and struggle with things like this. Can you please 🙏 help me so that I may keep my old number.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2 

However it's best to call O2 as you should have been given a date when the porting  and your number change would happen. If you gave the PAC to O2 that is all you need to do and the rest is up to Sky and O2.

Porting isn't done at weekends so Tuesday would be when this is normally actioned.

If you hear nothing tomorrow then give customer service a call.
