I can use the 02 wifi hotspots, and I have been able to use Virgin Media Wifi on the tube however i switched my phone on and off and now it doesn’t connect to VMW on the tube. How come ? I get the error message you have to be an 02 customer to use it...

I have a phone and tablet both which I pay for on 02. Had no signal this week in the YO8 area so not been able to work as I need data which is why I pay for. my tablet.When will this be sorted. Otherwise looking to swap network.
