I have information there is no sim no network? Why? Yesterday was everything ok,?

Unable to be heard

Whenever I make a call or receive a call the person at the other end cannot hear me. Voice noting works or if I call using WhatsApp.

I have had my phone stolen, but wish to check my Account. The only way to do this demands a code that will be sent to the Stolen telephone! How am I supposed to gain access to my account, if I have no access to the telephone number?
