I wish to complain, Iam considering leaving o2.
I have home broadband with BT which in my location is slow, perhaps 5, so a good while ago, perhaps a year or so I began using my o2 hotspot as the 4g was very good 10+, but the past 2 to 3 months the 4g speed has been dreadful to the point of being useless, slower than my BT broadband even!, swithching to 3g is no better, I have complained via chat on more than one occasion, an o2 Guru called me and ascertained that the issue is not my phone. If I travel out of my home location 4g on my phone is excellent, iphone8plus. A Guru gave me a number of INC000005786215, I have since had 2 or texts to tell me its being worked on but no improvement. I am paying for 150g of data monthly but I can't use it due to the terrible performance here at home. I have complained again through network checker and got a text saying o2 would attempt to resolve in 48 hours which I simply do not believe as this is an automated text. I have been in touch with other providers who all assure me they can better what I am getting from 02, and cheaper!!! I am considering leaving after perhaps 10+ years of being a loyal customer. I can be contacted [personal details removed], but nothing appears to be happening, I am very very unhappy with this situation. I am a full time carer here at home and I need good internet speed to do what I want to do each day. There are 2 disabled persons in my household so there should be some priority in my opinion. o2 please do something!!!
