I've never used more than 10GB of data on my phone, I have a limit of 20GB on my tariff. I'm not using an Iphone which I know has had issues with this sort of thing. I got an 80% warning text which I thought was odd since I never used more than 10GB of data and then today apparently i used 4GB in a day which is incredibly unlikely.
I checked past usage and even for this month I've only used 7GBish. I don't understand why there are two different numbers here. I've tried to contact O2 but to no avail so far, have other people experienced this?
I'm on a Pixel 7 Pro, I've had this tariff for a few years now with no issue.

Might just be a system glitch esp if your MyO2 is only reporting 7gb.
Try O2 on the socials if no luck on phone, or the support tab for chat in the MyO2 app.
