I cannot get 5G in 5G area

nobody seems to understand why my iphone 12 no longer gets 5G !

I live in an area with strong 5G reception , my husband , same phone same provider always get 5G .. I did get 5G as well only until I swapped my contract to get unlimited data !

o2 tells me it is all set up correctly  and sent me a new5G sim but I am having exactly the same issue ... 

I find it odd that my connection went away 2 hours after my contract has been upgraded to unlimited data ! 

any idea on how to get my signal back ? Have you experienced something like this ?

@Gabby_ If your husband has the same phone and isn't having a problem, maybe the issue is with your phone. Best thing is to ask Apple: Official Apple Support
