Hi

I would like to set up a direct debit to pay my daughter's phone bill each month.

I would also like to make this month's payment but cannot do so unless i use her phone. I would like to speak to somewone about doing this preferably on the chat option which doesn;t seem to be avaialble at the moment online.

Can you assist please?
