I have been charged for a devise plan that is already fulfilled for about a year.
I have 2 accounts with 2 different emails and can only access one as, despite 02 saying an email has been sent, I have not received an email with my password reset link.
I would like a refund for the overpayments on both accounts and help accessing the one mentioned

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Thank You Ennli, for the numbers. I really wanted to talk/ virtual chat with an O2 employee and was only able to access the community, do virtual chat assts exist?

No Payments management is just an automation so of no help at all

Payment Management shouldn't be automated, but who knows what O2 do now
The best way for chat is to hang around the sales pages on the Web and see if it eventually pops up
