Hi, I am on a GBP10 monthly pay as you go plan with 7GB of data per month. I have turned on the Hotspot function on my mobile but when connecting to it via my laptop, my laptop says "Unable to connect to network". Do you know why and how to get the hotspot working? Is it being blocked by O2?

i am also having the same problem as you, i am on pay as you go with 7gb data aswell. it worked before now

Looks like @james_mcc also needs assistance with a similar issue, when you get a few minutes, @O2Lisa - hope it is something that is an easy fix on O2's side!
