Hi,
I just recently purchased a Tariff plan on 16/11, order no. NC285156563. I received a message stating that it should be delivered in 1-3 days. It’s now been 7 days and I still haven’t received it. I also received a message stating I am going to be charged on 3/12 for £7.47. I don’t understand this as I have not even received my SIM in order to start using my Tariff.

Post delivery can take up to 10 days, maybe more at this time of year.
