Haven't been able to receive calls (since October)

When people call me it tells me the number is not recognised. I can receive text messages and make outbound calls. Tried a new SIM in 02 store and troubleshooting, it's a mystery to everyone. Impossible to reach 02 over the phone, get cut off everyt time as does the store assistant at 02.
