Have credit and bolt on but cannot text or call while abroad

I have £7.82 in my account, have a travel monthly bolt on. However when i try to call or make a text it instantly gets rejected. I have 4g reception. I cannot even call 202 and it rejects. I specifically chose o2 due to it's roaming policy but now i cannot do anything, even send a text to the UK! Is there a setting I missed???

1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
