we have electric gates which were working fine. The intercom stopped talking to the hand set.
We were told we needed a new sim, no joy, you need a new hand set, no joy.
Checked the sim in the gate controler which now says unregistered sim.
Do I need to put the new sim in the gate controller, but then what do I do about the hand set.
We have only ever had one phone number on this account.

The sim needs to be topped up every 6 months or removed and a phone call made from it to keep it active.
If you contact O2 they may be able to reactivate it for you.
