Galaxy active not working after swim

Hi all,

 

I have a galaxy active that I received in April last year. The watch has been great up until I went swimming a few weeks ago and the watch would just turn itself off or the screen would be unresponsive. I put it in a bowl of rice for a few days and the watch appeared to function normally again. Last week, I was quiet active in the heat and I think the moisture has set off the watch again. Thos time the screen is just totally black but the sensor on the back works and it vibrates when I receive a message. I've had it in rice for a week then put it on charge last night. This morning the watch appeared fine and the display was even responding normally, after wearing it for a couple of hours, it's back to how it was before.

I don't want to have to keep it in a bowl of rice.

Sounds like you need Samsung to look at it
