How do you mean your PAC code has been changed?

If it has been applied for and you didnt request it then you need to contact o2 asap on 0344 809 0202 or 202 and speak to an agent and get them to stop the port if they can.

Also you need to report it to Action Fraud at https://actionfraud.police.uk  and also ensure all your email and other sensitive accounts have your passwords changed and setup with 2FA
