Hi I brought a phone online when it arrived the camera is not working properly and when I speak to someone the phone goes dead I couldn't turn it on or off so I had to hold the restart button before I could get it back on so I telephoned the customer services and they was putting me through to someone else it was going round in circles and I was on the phone for 4 hours talking to different people all I wanted was a return form so I can send the phone back. What can I do?
