Ported my number from PLAN.com to O2 and now can’t receive calls from non-O2 numbers.  Customer service have been useless - what can I do?

You will have to keep calling O2 to get them to escalate the issue.

If you transferred to another business account call them on 8002.

Otherwise there are numbers here to try Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
