I paid with the card and came out a mistake, but the money was written off. Also tried with the second and there was a mistake, but the money was written off. What to do?

Are they UK bank cards as O2 only accept payments from UK banks.

How do you mean written off??

If you mean it is pending, then you need to contact your bank, and allow 24hours to 7 days for your bank to put it back into your account.

O2 do not have your money on this case.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
