A little advice, as online chat isn’t available. I am a new customer looking to extend an already activated extra period with Audible.
I was a customer of Audible and could not use the extra at the same time. So needed to end my contract, and wait for a month to able to use the 12 months given to me from O2 for Audible. It is a glitch of a few days
I would like to start over with the activation again as the error seems unforeseen.
Any advice?
