Hi there,
I have just renewed my sub and selected the Audible Extra - (I have had this extra in the past, and cancelled after the 6 month free amount)
I have selected to Activate it and after selecting my account get sent to a page that says on:
Activating your membership
This will take a few seconds. Please do not click the ‘Back’ button or try to Refresh the screen.
Then after about 30 seconds or so - I get :
Activation error
We've encountered a problem. Please try again.
This happens on both Mobile and Browser - I have tried multiple times and still no luck.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
