Hi, my wife has taken a sim only contract out this morning - she used my phone to do it , she got an eSIM but it’s on my phone! Can you cancel it so I can put it on her phone and mine is back with my own provider. Currently my phone is operating as hers.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

Guide: How to find help & contact O2 contains the ways to get O2 to help you with this mix-up, or go into an O2 Shop with photo id for each of you and get O2 to move the SIM to the correct phone and get yours working again @Gaz70 - otherwise you and your wife's phones will be disconnected once you request replacement SIMs via 202. Also ask to go back to physical SIM, much easier all-round in O2 @Gaz70.
