Up graded last week
network stopped old sim next day..
new phone arrived day after…
nearlly a week and have spoke to 2 people yesterday and asked for esim to be sent…
both said if would come through on email and 02 app….nothing!
just about had enough of it afer u wait 30 mins on each call….
any body help?
