Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help.

I got a PAC from Sky on Friday and put my new O2 PAYG sim card into my new phone yesterday. But I've been trying ever since to enter my PAC to keep my number. It just keeps showing up "Oops! Something went wrong" in a large red banner at the top of the screen.

I rang customer services yesterday about this. The first time I was passed to three different people, the last one the line was so bad it cut off. Then I rang back and waited 45 minutes to be told that the number transfer service was down and that they hoped it would be up in 2 hours. That was 19 hours ago....

Can anyone offer any help please? I need my old number transferred over ASAP...

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I've entered my details on the online form for keeping my number. I've also messaged O2 but they haven't read it. I understand it's the weekend, but still... Are you aware that the service is down...? I appreciate your help slight_smile

@Darth_JayDar O2 don't port numbers on the weekend, which may also be part of the problem.
