Email problem

Hi everyone; for some reason i am not getting my emails via my phone but i can receive them via my laptop. Ive checked all my settings on my hotmail account on my phone and everything seems ok. has anyone got an idea whats wrong?

Best option would be to delete the email account completely and then set it up again

Reboot the phone between time

What phone are you using? and what Mail Client are you using on your phone?

As Hotmail has a few quirks and is better used in Outlook for Mobile than the default mail clients.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

iPhone XR.

i use hotmail.

I had this problen about 3 years ago and i took the phone to an O2 shop and they sorted it. but i live in sapin now. ive tried resetting the email address etc but no joy
