Hi

When I send a text, the recipient receives an old text and not the one that I sent and it is always the same text that is duplicated.  I have restarted my phone several times, closed it down completely and left it off for several minutes.  I've updated Messages and cleared the cache, turned mobile data off and on again and turned wi-fi on and off and I've taken out the sim and put it back in.  Is the duplication caused by a messaging centre error

My phone is a One Plus 3 on Android 9

Many thanks

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
