500 Internal Server Error
DPWIV0760W The specified path is invalid. (%s)
I keep getting this message when trying to download bills for accounts. Tried calling the o2 awful telephone number and just got cut off. No live chat available. its been this way for over a year now, ridiculous! Sometimes you just need to speak to a human

I'm having the same problem! I can log onto My O2 to download my bill but when I then try to download my wifes bill I get the same network error message. As you say, no human being to talk to. Its frustrating!

Clear your cookies or Temp Internet files and dont use Firefox...
