Clear cookies and temporary files, and use Chrome is Firefox and Edge dont work.

Or fire up MyO2 in an Incognito tab in Chrome browser, @Gary52 - ignore app for billing purposes at the moment. I think an InPrivate tab in Edge might also work. Good luck.
