Good afternoon, can anyone tell me why my Galaxy A3 will not let me download photos onto my laptop.  I have done this previously but won't let me do it now! I have tried another phone  on my computer and it worked, so I assume my phone is at fault.  Is there any thing I should be doing or not doing to enable this to work again.  Unfortunately I am unable at this time to go into an O2 shop.

When you connect to the laptop with your cable, pull down the notification bar and choose mass storage device.

Or if you are logged into a Google account on the phone, download the google photos app.
You can then set it up to back up when charging and on WiFi.
Once they are backed up, you can see them on your laptop (and download if you want) and they will re-appear on any new device you sign in to...
