I have signed up to Disney + via O2 but when I click on the email from O2 to activate it, I log in then get an error message saying there was a problem activating my subscription. Really frustrating. Can anyone help please?

Please check out this guide before contacting O2. It tells you all you need to know about activating extras on your account (Disney is classed as an Extra) Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
