I've upgraded my phone and tariff & my NHS discount hasn't carried forward & won't let me register as it's previously registered....any advice?

If the discount won't apply from scratch, a call to O2 will be needed on 202 or via Social Media, links below. Good luck!

Have done that but keeps saying already registered,it is as it was on my old tariff before I upgraded
