When I turn off my WiFi my 4g isn't working! 

I've restarted my phone and checked that the mobile data is on.

Can you help me with this? Also, is there a number I can call to talk to someone over the phone?

You can call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202

Also check your Mobile Data settings are correct and try a network settings reset.
