I have been away for 4 days with no data and every time I try to sort this I get the most ridiculous answers from the support team when they decide to answer which was 7 working hours later this has been so frustrating as there is no help from o2 as you can’t speak to anyone or message anyone that can help

These are some tips to try :
- Reboot phone.
- Manually search for a different network
- If using an iPhone, change data apn to mobile.o2.co.uk
- Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
- Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this
