Hello,

I just arrived in Greece and my roaming is not working. Have contacted customer service, they are saying they cant see any issue their end.

I've tried reseting etc. For the aps change, if the username/password for mobile.o2.co.uk is vertigo/password then ive tried this as well and no luck.

Any ideas?

Many thanks,

Marina

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 4g in network settings
If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

No change required @marina777

If unsure, just reset your network settings then if it defaults to idata, change it to mobile.

@marina777

Have you still got any voda apps on your phone?

Something must be forcing the old apn back on each time.

You'll need to contact O2 then @marina777 as advised above.
