Hello,
I just arrived in Greece and my roaming is not working. Have contacted customer service, they are saying they cant see any issue their end.
I've tried reseting etc. For the aps change, if the username/password for mobile.o2.co.uk is vertigo/password then ive tried this as well and no luck.
Any ideas?

I had this happen on my iPhone 2 weeks ago, in France. I had to call O2 customer services to sort it out.
The solution was with the APN and I think these are the settings that worked for me, on a contract / pay monthly acc.that migrated to O2 from Virgin. (I now have a new phone anyway, after a pool accident with my old phone, and don't know how to double-check the new phone settings without spending too much time. Also, I haven't used the new phone abroad yet so not sure they'd confirm anything anyway.)
APN - idata.o2.co.uk
Username - vertigo
Password - password
I hope that works. It's a super-frustrating problem when it occurs.
