Hi, I contacted o2 yesterday and you cut me off to cancel my Apple Watch plan and the representative just cut me off. I didn’t want to cancel my phone plan, just my watch plan. I need my service plan back

@Naveeenx

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
Thanks

Unfortunately, I no longer have any phone service. 202 won’t work on my phone anymore. Zero network service. Wi-Fi calls no longer work. I tried to contact customer services via web chat yesterday but they were always too busy. I no longer have access to the virtual chat. I don’t have a land line at home. I can’t believe o2 were able to cut my service off so quickly mid chat with the representative. It was instant😩

This is not o2 customer services @Mcphilemy , so we cannot change where your sim card is going.

If you need a replacement, and can visit your local o2 shop, they can provide one.

Take photo ID and they can sort it out.

If not, contact customer services as advised above.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
