Constantly have 0 signal!

Since I started my contract several months ago i constantly have 0 signal (it says not registered on network) i have made contact multiple times and each time im told there is a mass in my area down, this is lies as i can travel 5mile and still have 0 signal, how do i leave O2 due to this issue as im paying for services i cant use??

Sounds like the SIM is not locking onto the o2 network @Kali-XRP .

I would visit your local o2 store and ask them to do a SIM swap for you to see if that works.

Did you have an upgrade or new contract?

If you upgraded you would needed to have activated the new sim by doing a sim swap from your old one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

Other possibility is a shipping bar on the phone which O2 have to remove.

Check both of these first.
