Why can't I get a signal and mobile data Internet connection in Canterbury high street.

It's useless,  been there several times now in last few month's,  it's dead all over / around pretty much especially nr mcdonalds and top and middle portion high Street ( not tried bottom Westgate end) .

 Cant be the only one, it works else where etc,  You'd think a capital cathedral city with 1000s visitors would be higher to the top of list of blackspots/to do list...

O2 show no problems on 4G or 5G

If using a 5G phone try dropping it to 4G and see what happens

Canterbury has lots of restrictions of what can and cant be done around the town, and lots of narrow streets... 

maybe petition Canterbury Council, to allow more infrastructure, there is also no 5G, but on this map a lot of dead spots, and checking all 4 MNO's all have the same issues of a lot of dead spots

So sorry not unique to o2
