Your best option is to pop into an o2 store with photo ID and get an eSim pack and they can do the sim swap for you.
Other than that you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 be aware that they will cut off your current sim when an eSim pack is ordered (dont ask).
You may also have the option in myo2 if you are on the new billing platform.
One big caveat is that is not available on PAYG
