Change of O2 Portal

Hello, I've been called by people from several London based landlines, to tell me that the O2 portal will be changing on Monday 22nd of April and that they want to help me prepare for this to avoid loss of information or other issues. Assuming that they would have access to my contact information, I have asked them to email me, which they have not done. I cannot see any email or general notification from O2 that the portal will be changing, so I think it is a scam. However, may you please confirm this portal change is not happening and I'm dealing with scammers, so I can confidently block their numbers? Thanks, ES

There IS a well known system change for o2 customers @ES-Lewes , but you should not need to do anything (assuming it all goes well...)

The new system is called 360, and more information can be found in the links below.

Should you want to discuss this with o2 then call them using the details above.
